RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at Kloud Kraft Vapors! Returns and exchanges are ONLY available on hardware with factory defects. We do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable items. This includes but may not be limited to coils, pods, disposables and e-liquids. 

If you received a product with a factory defect, our policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. After the 30 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. Refunds are not eligible on products that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to factory defects. 

To request a return or exchange please submit a ticket. We will inform customers via e-mail if their refund or exchange has been approved or denied. Do not ship your return until you have received an approval e-mail with further instructions.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. We encourage customers to consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

REFUNDS

After approval and your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed, and automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

EXCHANGES

After approval and your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will ship your replacement item within 14 days.
